121st Infantry, Regimental Color. Composed of men from Philadelphia and Venango counties, the 121st was organized in September 1862 and received the regimental color early in the regiment's term of service. Sergeant William Hardy was the first bearer, followed by Sergeant William G. Graham. The flag was retired from service shortly after the Battle of the Wilderness on May 5, 1864, when Graham was killed. The regiment was mustered out of service on June 2, 1865.

121st Infantry, National Color. Composed of men from Philadelphia and Venango counties, the 121st was organized in September 1862. There seems to be no documentation for the national flag. It was probably acquired late in the war. The regiment was mustered out of service on June 2, 1865.

121st Infantry, State Color and Postwar Banner. Composed of men from Philadelphia and Venango counties, the 121st was organized in September 1862 and received the state color on October 16th. Colonel Chapman Biddle appointed Sergeant Erskine W. Hazard, Jr. as the regiment's first color-bearer, followed by Sergeant William Hardy, Sergeant Alfred Clymer, Sergeant James B. Graham, and Sergeant Louis Clapper. The regiment was mustered out of service on June 2, 1865.
